Approach the District Office for written support of your proposed project

Approach Principles and teachers of all schools you hope to service to establish interest and motivation to participate.  You need to make sure that there is a need for the service you wish to provide to ensure feasibility of the project.

Please note that you need to make the teachers aware that your project seeks to lighten their work load rather than add to it as this will smooth the path to getting buy-in.
